By submitting tthis application you are giving me permission to do a background check, call your references, and google earth where you live.

Information on Shipping:

Applicable shipping costs, if any, estimated total $500.00 (freight, crate, health certificate) in the lower US 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska and out of the US are generally more. Your puppy will have USCA registration, microchip and 1^st shots.

"NO PUPPY WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS SEPARATE FROM PUPPY PRICE".

If shipping, you have the option (in most cases) to pay the airlines directly, order and ship an approved crate to me (usually through Chewy’s best cost), send me the moneys’ for the health certificate or pay my vet directly. The other option is to pay me the lump sum, usually around $650.00.

Information on Puppy Selection:

TEAM di CASA ORTIZ will do everything possible to have a puppy for your family that fits temperament, gender, coat length (long or short) specifications within a reasonable length of time (generally 1-2 litters). If we offer a puppy that fits your stated requirements and you decline, for any reason, from 2 litters, you forfeit your place on the puppy list. Further, if you decline the offering of a puppy within one and a half years (18 calendar months) of deposit/payment in full, we will consider your deposit/payment in full forfeited and that you no longer wish to purchase a TEAM di CASA ORTIZ puppy/dog (unless arrangements are made).

If you wish to place a deposit on a litter that is a year away, we will re-negotiate the time frame.

Information on Payment

Final payment is due when the puppy is 6 weeks old or reserves the right to TEAM DI CASA ORTIZ that puppy back as available and move your deposit to the next available litter. Non-refundable deposits will be rolled over until preferred puppy/dog is available (within specified terms listed above), there will be absolutely no refunds. By submitting deposit payment, you fully understand and agree to our policies, terms and conditions.

TEAM DI CASA ORTIZ owners/seller’s persons connected with reserve the right to decline/refuse sale of a puppy for any reason.
TEAM di CASA ORTIZ also reserves the right to kennel choice/first pick.
